We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and aim to do within 2 business days. We will notify you if there are any unforeseen delays. We will email you once your Atissu boxes have been dispatched.
Standard UK delivery: 2-4 days from dispatch (3-5 days from order)
- FREE for orders of 12 boxes or more
Express UK delivery: 1-2 days from dispatch
- £6-50 for orders of up to 5 boxes
- DISCOUNTED to £3-50 for orders of 6 boxes or more
If you have an urgent delivery requirement like guaranteed next day, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do what we can, and let you know how much it would cost.
Currently we only deliver within the UK. We're working on the rest of the world, but if you would like something sent outside the UK urgently, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll do out best to try and sort it out for you quickly.
Atissu uses Shopify's secure servers to accept all major credit cards on our website. You can also use Paypal if you prefer.
We can't imagine why you'd want to send your Atissu boxes back, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please firstly notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. We'll then give you further instructions. If you want to return the item to us we will offer you a full refund as long as we receive the product unopened and in a saleable condition within 7 days of notification. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We advise to return your items using a recorded delivery service. Without proof of delivery, we will be unable to refund you if the goods aren't received.
We want you to receive Atissu in perfect condition and all goods are careful checked on dispatch. If however you notice the shipping packaging is damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving your delivery, and if possible please photograph the damage before opening and send digital images to email@example.com
